Boulder broke into the 90s on Monday for the first time this year, according to local meteorologist Matt Kelsch, and it should happen again today.
The National Weather Service is calling for a high of 92 under mostly sunny skies, with a 10 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms after 3 p.m. Tonight‘s low should drop down to around 57.
Wednesday brings a cooler day with a high of 85, and a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms between noon and midnight.
Thursday also sees that 20 percent chance of afternoon thunderstorms, and a high near 89.
That chance of rain vanishes on Friday, which is forecast to see a high of 92 under sunny skies.
A slight chance of rain is back in the forecast for the weekend, when temperatures should peak in the high 80s.
