3 held for misbehaving, breaching Anupriya’s security

VARANASI: Three persons were arrested for allegedly misbehaving with and breaching the security of on Monday. An FIR was lodged on the complaint of Patel’s PRO .

According to reports, the three men allegedly misbehaved with the escort of the minister when she was on her way to Babatpur airport from Mirzapur on Sunday night. They breached the security of minister’s motorcade and used abusive words when security personnel tried to stop them. The matter was informed to police and the accused were nabbed on Kachhwa Road in Mirzamurad area.

The accused were booked under sections 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC.
